Welcome to our office!
We wanted to give you some information about our office before we see you for your first appointment. First, you should receive an email with a link to a patient portal on it. Please use that to fill out most of your intake paperwork.
Second, because you either booked your appointment online or maybe via phone call, we may not have had a chance to let you know where we are located. Our office is conveniently located in Chapel Hill, at
901 Willow Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
Suite 1 - The entrance is at the back of the building and my office is the first door on your right after entering the building. There is a parking lot off of Connor Drive. That is the easiest place to park to enter the building.
